How To Turn Matching Prints into Different Ensembles!
If you’re like me, you love patterns. There are times when I love a print so much, that I would buy the same prints in tops, bottoms, or jacket and I tend to wear them together over and over again. With the prints being so bold, people may remember them more and they may appear like you are wearing them out. So I thought, why not buy the same prints and wear them in totally different ways! The tip in making each style unique is preparing them with a trendy bottom so the print won’t outshine the entire outfit. In my first look, I paired my favorite floral print top from Ann Taylor Factory (only available in stores) with the hip leather pants. That does the trick for the perfect contrast and one piece doesn’t overshadow the other. Tone down the shoes with some boots so it will smooth out your look.

In the next look I wanted to keep a business casual look for work so I paired my fav floral cardigan with a grey textured high-waisted skirt. The highly pigmented mustard yellow cardigan blends well with the grey skirt because it is a soft color and doesn't overbear the ensemble. The detail floral cardigan draws your attention to the beautiful grey hues in the outfit. I complimented the skirt with a lighter color grey mock neck tank. The tank and the skirt blends so well with this chic skirt and makes a smooth transition. You will certainly look sophisticated in this ensemble that is so well put together!
Last but not least is a cool and laid back style. I choose to pair my floral scarf with one the best winter trends, burgundy. Burgundy makes an outfit come alive! If you’re not sure what to pair with an outfit, try burgundy it will jazz your scene up really quick! I layered it with a long trench coat over a grey tank. I instantly find myself giving off a poetic vibe. A quick change up for a mellow scene. And doesn’t these hiker boots heighten up the scene?!?
